Delivery Times

Exchanges & Returns Policy
Non-defective work (change of mind / cancellation)
- Before work begins: Full refund if canceled before design work has started.
- After work has begun: No refund for work already completed. Any unbilled remaining balance is waived upon cancellation.
- After final delivery: No refund, as the service has been fully rendered. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are handled at no extra charge.
Defective work (does not meet the agreed specification)
- Contact me at dk@kawagoe-davi.com within 7 days of delivery if the deliverable does not meet the specification agreed at kickoff.
- I will revise the work at no additional cost if the first design does not meet the agreed specification. Any additional revisions requested by the customer, or changes to the design guidelines, will be charged separately.
